How long does it take for you to complete my order? 2. What is a "proof"? 3. Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything I need to have done? 4. Do I still need to approve a proof if I send my work in, on disk? 5. How do I go about getting an estimate from you? 1. How long does it take for you to complete my order? There really isn't a definite answer to this question as it varies from order to order & it very much depends on the order itself. Some jobs can be completed within minutes while others a few days. All you have to do is to update us on your time frame & we have the utmost faith in our ability to get the job done well before the deadline. We have in the past & are always present to go to extreme lengths to meet your most stringent of demands. Top 2. What is a "proof"? A proof or a sample is a way of ensuring that your designs have been implemented accurately and is positioned according to your requirements. Customarily we produce a proof which will be sent to you on the required material. A proof will be delivered to you within 72 hours of production (First sampling is completely free). Top 3. Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything I need to have done? Human error is a possibility in any field of work. We at Rehan Printers, do our utmost to control & minimize this. We always seek your approval on the final proof as assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and that the sample we have provided you is accurate. It is mutually beneficial to everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job has been completed and delivered. Top 5. How do I go about getting an estimate from you? We suggest you email us the specifications of the product; the number of colours, size, material and even a particular finishing i.e. if it needs any special effects like embossing, lamination, etc. This is the best way to ensure that we have all the necessary information to provide you with an accurate quotation or you can even give us a call and talk to our experienced & friendly customer service representatives who will guide you through this process.
